These Terms of Service govern use of Platform Farming, operated by Vestige Data Farm. By using Platform Farming, connecting social accounts, generating content, scheduling posts, publishing content, or reviewing analytics, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Platform
Platform Farming is a content operations platform for creating, organizing, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing short-form content through user-authorized social accounts. The app is intended for lawful content operations, account management, and performance review.
Connected Social Accounts
Users may connect supported social accounts through OAuth authorization. Platform Farming does not ask users for social account passwords. Users are responsible for making sure they have the authority to connect and operate each social account used with the app.
User Responsibility for Content
Users are responsible for all content they create, approve, schedule, publish, or distribute through Platform Farming. This includes captions, generated media, product references, affiliate links, claims, disclosures, hashtags, metadata, and any other content sent to social platforms.
AI-Generated Content
Platform Farming may help generate prompts, captions, videos, images, or other media using AI tools. AI-generated content must be reviewed by the user before publishing. Users are responsible for checking accuracy, legality, platform compliance, disclosure requirements, and suitability before using AI-generated content.
Publishing and Scheduling
Platform Farming may help users queue, schedule, and publish content to connected social platforms. Publishing depends on platform APIs, account permissions, valid tokens, platform rules, rate limits, and availability. A scheduled post is not guaranteed to publish successfully.
Analytics and Performance Data
Platform Farming may display, store, or analyze performance data from connected platforms when authorized. Analytics may be used to support future content decisions, but analytics are informational and do not guarantee future results.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use Platform Farming to:
- Publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Violate social platform rules or developer policies.
- Misrepresent products, services, earnings, or endorsements.
- Hide required advertising, affiliate, or sponsorship disclosures.
- Attempt to bypass account restrictions, review systems, or rate limits.
- Upload or distribute malware, spam, or abusive material.
Platform Rules
Users must comply with the rules, developer policies, community guidelines, advertising policies, and content requirements of every platform connected to Platform Farming, including YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and any affiliate or commerce programs used with published content.
No Guarantee of Results
Platform Farming does not guarantee views, engagement, clicks, revenue, monetization, account growth, platform approval, social platform reach, affiliate approval, or business results. Performance depends on platform behavior, content quality, user decisions, account history, market conditions, and other factors outside the app’s control.
Service Availability
Platform Farming may be updated, changed, interrupted, patched, or discontinued. Social platform integrations may stop working if a platform changes APIs, scopes, permissions, review requirements, or access rules.
Account Disconnection
Users may disconnect or reset social account connections inside the app. Users may also revoke access directly through the relevant social platform account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vestige Data Farm is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, platform account restrictions, failed publishing, content performance, third-party service outages, or user decisions made through Platform Farming.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Platform Farming changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
